Za ponad miesiac zaczyna sie znow sezon treningowy..do tego czasu musze zrzucic troche zbednych kilogramow (tak z 8 kg..).W co byscie mi poradzili sie zaopatrzyc ? Mam zamiar biegac na stadionie minimum pol h dziennie.Chcialbym pozbyc sie tych kilogramow tylko przez biegi,zero silowni.Mozecie mi doradzic ? Therma ? Thrma Pro ? L-karnityna ? Z góry dzieki za rady.
