"I've noticed on several other sites that Royce fought an exhibition on Japanese T.V. this week against someone named "Bobby".
The details have been a bit confusing, but what I've gathered is this:
"Bobby", is a television personality in Japan. He is a Nigerian guy. As part of his show, he's gone around to different Judo and Grappling schools to train. He went to Sanae Kikuta's Grabaka Gym, and did pretty well.
He fought an exhibiton against Royce on his show, and Royce tapped him with an arm bar. Rodrigo was Royce's second.
The problem was that Bobby accidently bashed heads with Royce, and Royce suffered a really bad cut on his face. Really deep and ugly. Started out as a "fun" exhibition for a T.V. show, and Royce ends up with stitches from a headbutt. Go figure."
"Royce was to film a commercial. There was to be a choreographed scene shot for the commercial. Out of nowhere, when the director called "Action", the other guy threw an elbow without warning and opened up a cut (8 stitches) over Royce's eye.
Royce clinched with the moron, took him down, and broke his arm from an armbar after the guy wouldn't tap.
Nothing like trying to make a name for yourself by elbowing Royce Gracie unexpectedly on the set of a commercial and winding up with a broken arm for your efforts."
