Rumor has it that October 8th, 2007 will be the last day to sell ephedra! This ban will be coming not from the FDA this time but from the credit card processors and the banks, basically saying that you can't do any business with them if you sell ephedra... so while the FDA might still allow these loop-holes to remain you won't be able to buy or sell the ephedra items due to the lack of support from your bank or credit card company. Pretty cleaver if you ask me... a way to ban ephedra without really banning it at all!
