1.This product is great. Eversince I started taking it, my muscles have never stopped feeling full. It's not like a post workout pump of course. I haven't noticed anything in terms of post workout recovery.
2.After buying this stuff, I have renewed appreciation for label-reading. Take a look at the ingredients list. You'll see 'hydrogenated vegetable oil' also known as trans fat. I used it for a while, until one day I took a look at the label and realized what I was doing. It helps reasonably well, hence 3 stars, but considering it has trans fat in it, it's not worth taking. You're better off taking a lot of regular glutamine which doesn't contain chemicals which are bad for your heart.
